Quality Coordinator (M/F)

Your responsibilities (non-exhaustive list), reporting to the Director of Quality and Production:

• Ensure the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions, development and updating of the documentation system, conducting internal audits in collaboration with the quality/laboratory technician, monitoring of the Quality Management System indicators)
• Master and enforce best hygiene practices and manufacturing processes
• Train and educate staff on GMP, the HACCP plan, food safety, and certification requirements
• Lead the HACCP team
• Manage the handling of nonconformities and complaints; release nonconforming products
• Monitor the product control plan, and review external analysis reports and internal inspection reports
• Respond to customer and supplier inquiries
• Ensure the listing and evaluation of new inputs and new suppliers
• Prepare the documentation for the certification of products suitable for organic farming
• Monitor regulatory developments
• Ensure compliance with various certifications (organic, ISO 22000, GMP+ FSA)
• Maintain relationships with certification bodies and conduct external audits
• Manage databases in collaboration with teams and produce the resulting documents (MSDS, safety data sheets, and labels for various product lines)
• Contribute to export registration files
• Prepare the management review in collaboration with process owners; facilitate the management review
• Occasionally fill in for the laboratory quality technician in her duties

Type of contract: Permanent contract

Full-time at 39 hours per week

Salary: €30,000–€32,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications
