Article 2 – Definitions
In these Legal Notices and Terms and Conditions of Use, the terms below shall have the following meanings:
- Terms of Use: refers to these Terms of Use governing the User's use of the Site.
- Content: refers to any text, image, video, logo, graphic element, sound, animation, software, or any other element integrated or made accessible via the Site.
- Personal data: refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, in accordance with Article 4.1 of the GDPR.

The purpose of the Website is to provide information about the Publisher, its activities, and its services. It is primarily intended for a professional audience, although access is open to all.
Access to the Site is free of charge and its use isstrictly reserved forpersonal or professional purposes, for informational purposes only.
